Name of your artwork file:

Please name or rename your artwork file in the following format:
Your Band / Company Name (or abbreviation);
Short Description of what your image looks like;
and File type (i.e. tiff, jpeg, ai, etc...).

PLEASE DO NOT name your file something vague like sticker.jpg, sticker.psd, scan.jpeg, etc.
Artwork with vague names can create problems trying to match up art to verification requests
and will result in a delay in responding to you.

Here's an example of how to name your artwork: bandname.description.filetype
Ublisch.FlamingSkull.tiff
Ublisch.NuallaLogo.jpeg

You must name / rename your artwork file on your computer before you can upload the file after submitting this info.
