Ordering Instructions

To help us serve you better, please provide information we've outlined below.
We prefer that you use our handy Question Form, or email this information.
We will email you back to work out the details and/or confirm your order with

Package Deal Ordering:

Use our handy Question Form and supplied the following information:

  • Your name & contact email address/daytime phone number.
  • Your shipping address.
  • What you would like to order (i.e. Package Deal#1, #2; Regular T-shirt Order, etc...)

    Package Deal Shirts...
  • Shirt color.
  • Number of ink colors to be printed on the front of the shirt.
  • Number of ink colors to be printed on the back of the shirt (if any).
  • Shirt Sizes (You can mix your shirt sixes (S-XL), however XXL shirts are $1 extra per shirt and XXXL shirts are $2 extra per shirt).

    Vinyl Stickers in a Package Deal...
  • Ink color for the stickers on white vinyl.
  • Size of sticker or approximate size ( stickers in the Package Deal cannot go over 23 sq. inches). To find out square inch size, measure length and width of what is to be printed and multiply those two measurements together (i. e. a 3 inch by 6 inch sticker would be 3 x 6 = 18 square inches). The smallest width or height we can print is 2 inches.


    Regular T-shirt and other apparel item ordering....
    Use our handy Question Form and supply the following information:
  • Your name & contact email address/daytime phone number.

  • Shirt color.

    Offset & Screen Print Poster Ordering....

    Please use the specific Quote/Order forms for either Offset Print Posters or Screen Print Posters and fill in the requested information. We will email you back to work out the details and/or confirm your order with further instructions to finalize the process in a timely and professional manner.

    Paper Roll Label Ordering....

    Please use our Quote/Order Form for Paper Roll Labels and fill in the requested information.

  • Please review our "Sending Artwork" page and follow our instructions/specifications. Most problems/questions can be answered here. If you still have a question please read it again and then email us for additional info or or use our handy Question Form.
  • Be sure to indicate the program file/type (i.e. PC or Mac / Photoshop 4.0, TIFF file, 4" x 6" @ 300 DPI) or if you're supplying camera ready art work.

  • We accept Money Orders, Visa / Mastercard, and PayPal payments.

    *No Personal Checks*!!! Personal checks will be returned and your order will not be processed. *Important* Remember Personal checks are *NOT* accepted! *Important*.

  • Please make Money Orders out to Contagious Graphics. Be sure to keep the money order receipt!
  • Paypal payments can be sent to sales@contagiousgraphics.com through the Paypal site.
  • For credit card ordering via postal mail the preferred method is via certified U.S. mail, UPS, or Fedex, however First Class U.S. Mail is fine.

    Required info needed for Credit Card payments:
  • Name as it appears on credit card.
  • Credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Billing address of the credit card holder (where the credit card statement mailed to), including your zip code.
  • You can phone in your credit card information. Our phone number is 704.529.5600, and our working hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. When calling please ask for your sales person (if you are already worked out the details of your order with someone) and have your credit card info and band/company name ready.
