We used this form from Random.org to generate a randomized sequence of the entry numbers. We plugged in “1” as the smallest value and “2045” as the largest value (since there was 2045 valid entries). The 1st ten numbers generated were the winning entry numbers.
The numbers generated did not contain duplicates (they're like lottery tickets drawn out of a hat).

THIS GIVEAWAY CONTEST WAS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED
STATES ONLY.
Entries received from other countries were discarded.
ALL CONTEST WINNERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN USABLE
/ PRINTABLE ARTWORK. We cannot begin printing the prize
until we have received the winner's artwork. All prizes must be claimed
within 90 days of the end of the contest (9/28/06) or THE
PRIZE IS FORFEITED. The Band/Company name submitted with
the Giveaway Entry must be used in the artwork. WINNERS COULD
NOT SUBSTITUTE ARTWORK FOR A DIFFERENT BAND/COMPANY THAN WHAT WAS
SUBMITTED ON THE GIVEAWAY ENTRY.
WINNERS WERE RANDOMLY CHOSEN. Each entry was assigned a number in the order that when it was received. Winners were chosen using a random number generator.
