THE BAND OR COMPANY NAME SUBMITTED WITH THE CONTEST ENTRY MUST BE USED
IN THE ARTWORK FOR THE PRIZE T-SHIRTS AND STICKERS.
This means that if you win the merch giveaway, you cannot
substitute artwork for a different band or company than what was submitted
on the contest entry form; you must use artwork directly related to
the band/company name entered.
ALL MERCH GIVEAWAY ENTRIES
WILL BE SCREENED & REVIEWED REGULARLY.
Contagious Graphics reserves the right to eliminate
any entry for any reason that is deemed to violate the spirit of these
rules in order to give everyone that entered a fair chance of winning the prize.

THIS GIVEAWAY CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY.
Entries received from other countries will be discarded.

THE CONTEST WINNER MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN USABLE / PRINTABLE ARTWORK WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE END OF THE CONTEST (by December 4th, 2015) OR THE PRIZE IS FORFEITED.
THE WINNER WILL BE RANDOMLY CHOSEN. Each entry will be assigned a number in the order that it was received. Winner will be chosen using a random number generator, which is as fair as you can get.
THE
WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED THROUGH OUR OCTOBER 2015 EMAIL NEWSLETTER TO
BE RELEASED ON October 5th, 2015 and the contest results will be published
on our web site.
IMPORTANT! No other notification will be sent - you must receive and
read our October 2015 email newsletter or visit our website in October 2015
to find out who won Merch Giveaway #62.
The winner's printed prize will be shipped approximately 2 to
3 weeks after we have received usable/printable artwork.
